We are a community and we are a business. As a cooperative, every member of our community is a part owner of the business. We work together to keep our business, and community running strong. Because we are a cooperative, our members control the lot rent, making it less likely to have major rent increases. We also have the ability to improve our community as we choose. Cooperative living is affordable, and convenient. Lakeside Cooperative is a warm community, with a variety of friendly, caring neighbors.
